Whodunnit for Hire offers fun murder mystery games for public and private events, corporate team building activities and corporate parties. The events are interactive and always a comedy. Here are a few of the options available for your murder mystery party.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q? Could I book all the seats and turn it into a private party? A. Yes. Love that. Or book one or more tables and make it a semi-private event.
Q? I’d like to arrange a private murder mystery party elsewhere. Where should I host it? A. Choose a location within 50 miles of Baltimore, Maryland, USA. Your guests must fit into one room, the location must have free on-site parking and, the location must be handicap accessible. Arrange a private breakfast, lunch, or dinner event.
Q? I am hosting a company party. What is the cost for you to turn my private event into a murder mystery? A. The Game Format (your guests are sleuths and suspects) is $1250.
Q? I am hosting a fundraiser. What is the cost for the game format? A. The price is reduced to $1000 ($1250 - $250 toward your fundraising efforts).
Q? How many guests should be at my private party? A. You should have a minimum of 20 guests. There is no maximum.
Q? I will have fewer than 20 guests. Could I hire you to turn it into a murder mystery? A. I wouldn't recommend it. My mysteries are written assuming there will be 20 or more guests. Six guests will be the suspects giving out clues and proclaiming their innocence, the remaining guests are the detectives solving whodunnit. You want a significant number of detectives present.
Q? I plan to host a Team Building Whodunnit for my corporate event. Could I keep this a surprise for my staff? Could I tell you the guests I’d like accused? Could I get a customized storyline? A. Yes. Yes. And yes!
Q? How long does it take? A. Plan 2.5 hours for your event. You may use this timeline as an example.
- 6:30 PM . . . Doors Open | Welcome Reception
- 7:00 PM . . . Salads Served and Mystery Begins
- 7:30 PM . . . Entrees Served followed by Interrogations
- 8:30 PM . . . Desserts Served followed by Wrap-Up, Curtain Call, and Awards

Q? Should I provide a meal to my guests during the murder mystery? A. It is not required, but I recommend it so that guests are seated in groups. My mysteries are written assuming this is a breakfast, lunch, or dinner party.
Q? Should I provide additional entertainment such as a band or DJ? A. No. At least not during time designated for the murder mystery dinner. In the example above additional entertainment would start at 9:30PM after I've had a chance to breakdown, pack up, and vacate.
Q? Can the guests be in more than one room? A. No. Everyone needs to be together and seated in order to see the dying scene which starts the mystery.
Q? Why should I book with Whodunnit for Hire? A. I've been doing this for more two decades. I know what I'm doing and I know your friends and family are going to have a fantastic time. They will be participating, laughing, and engaged. They will create fun and memorable connections. At the end of this party, they will congratulate you for organizing such a fun event. This will be one of the best team-building activities you've done for your staff.
