Tiffany Vlard

Hi, I’m Tiffany, the owner and lead instructor at Bmore Urbana, a Latin dance company based in Baltimore specializing in salsa and bachata. I’ve been part of the DMV dance scene for over three years and began instructing in summer 2023. My passion for dance and teaching has grown tremendously, and my goal is to make Latin dance more accessible, inclusive, and welcoming for everyone in Baltimore.

At Bmore Urbana, we offer a variety of dance events and classes designed for all levels:

• Latin Pulse Thursdays – A high-energy weekly social featuring a one-hour urban bachata dance class at 8 p.m., followed by a dance social from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., playing salsa, bachata, and merengue.

• Monday Progressive Dance Classes – A four-week structured series covering salsa and bachata, helping dancers build strong fundamentals and confidence.

• Monthly Boot Camps & Intensives – A three-hour beginner-friendly salsa or bachata boot camp, perfect for those with little to no experience, followed by a one-hour intensive workshop for intermediate dancers looking to refine their skills.

Beyond just teaching steps, my mission is to build a thriving Latin dance community where young professionals and adults can find a welcoming space for friendship, networking, and personal growth. Whether you’re new to dance or looking to level up, Bmore Urbana is here to help you move, connect, and feel at home on the dance floor.
