Felicity Tchoufa is a multifaceted entrepreneur, coach, speaker, designer, and community builder. Her entrepreneurial journey began at age 7, inspired by her mother's example. Today, she has diversified interests in real estate, hospitality, fashion, and community building.

Felicity empowers female professionals and women entrepreneurs through her influence in the US and overseas. She is involved in several community initiatives, including co-chairing the Women's Networking Group and serving as President for the Bethesda Chapter of Women In Networking (WIN).

Through her brand, Felicity T, she produces handcrafted handbags, shoes, and accessories, showcasing local talent and supporting artisans. Her journey is marked by dedication to transformational leadership and passion for encouraging individuals and companies to make a meaningful difference.

Felicity founded "The Sheroe Mindshift" to inspire women to focus on making a meaningful difference. Her initiatives include the "No Child Missing School" project and bringing a mobile clinic to remote villages in West Cameroon.

As a keynote speaker, Felicity empowers women to become extraordinary SHEROES - women who embody courage, resilience, achieve greatness, and inspire others, serving as role models and leaders, uplifting those around them and making a lasting impact on their community and beyond. She founded the "I SOW" movement, helping entrepreneurs shift their focus from success to significance and live their life purpose. Felicity prioritizes family, community, and service, nurturing her well-being to inspire a ripple effect of resilience, joy, and transformation in others.
