Our mission is to cultivate a Sustainable Nantucket island community by supporting local agriculture, food producers and makers. We do this by: Strengthening Nantucket’s local food system to build a more resilient island community. Supporting farmers, food producers, and makers to ensure fresh, local food is accessible to all. Expanding access to island-grown food in homes, markets, and restaurants. Empowering new and existing farms to increase the availability of nutritious, locally grown food. Providing education in schools and the community to inspire a love for growing, cooking, and eating fresh, healthy food.
