Arcelia Gonzales is the owner and operator of Sister Sweets. Arcelia has over 10 years of strategic corporate consulting experience utilizing lean and Toyota Production Methodologies. In 2014, she decided she wanted to use the same principles to create a transformative Event, Rental and Entertainment business that is known as Sister Sweets. Since then, Sister Sweets has established a Event School where she taught over 150 students, established over 200 business partnerships, served over 500 events, planned and successfully managed a 10,000 executive event and always completed with a 5 star experience.
