The Rhode Island Flood Mitigatin Association is a network of associates who bring their ideas and experiences to a forum for professionals to share and learn from. The aim of this network of floodplain managers is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all aspects of floodplain management in the State of Rhode Island.
