Our club was founded in 1948 and our history is one of getting things done in the area of service. We are proud to count among our many accomplishments a key role in the establishment of other valuable service organizations in our community.
Our club has a very strong orientation for youth and literacy projects, International projects and has recently been addressing the growing need for food security in our own valley.
Our club members come from all walks of life, each sharing Rotary’s time-honored motto: “Service Above Self.” Palm Desert Rotary engages its members and friends in service in a wide variety of projects which make communities better and change lives.
