HAI workshops offer people the opportunity to make profound change – away from isolation and separation, towards connection and community. Guided by skilled facilitators, participants make real and lasting changes in their lives. HAI hosts in-person and online workshops and events that empower participants to celebrate their uncensored beauty and step into their personal power.
HAI welcomes adults of all ages, relationship statuses, ethno-cultural backgrounds, socio-economic statuses, physical abilities, gender identities, and sexual orientations and/or practices.
