Gerly's Ice Cream

Gerly Adrien is an inspiring figure, dedicated to both community service and entrepreneurship. Her journey from being the first Black, Haitian-American female City Councilor At-Large for the City of Everett to becoming a small business owner of Tipping Cow Ice Cream, now named Gerly’s Ice Cream demonstrates her commitment to building wealth and uplifting others. Despite facing challenges, including being asked to resign due to her advocacy for marginalized communities, Gerly continues to champion causes related to people of color, education, equality, and housing rights. Her academic achievements, including a Bachelor of Science from Bentley University and an MBA from Boston University, coupled with her role as a Global Strategy Professor at Bentley University, highlight her passion for education and empowerment.
