ElevateCX

ElevateCX is a community-owned community and event series for customer experience leaders - anyone who wants to make a career in customer support, customer success, or community management. Our first event was in 2012 in San Francisco, and since then we've produced more than 40 events in 20 cities and 3 countries. Our events have showcased over 300 speakers on stage from companies like Google, Meta, Caraway, Microsoft, Hilton, and Zoom, along with smaller mid-market DTC and eComm companies.
