Paul Delmonico – Owner and Roast Master of Del’s Coffee Roasters

Del’s Coffee Roasters was born at the beginning of 2020 when the pandemic hit. Del, owner Paul Delmonico, knew that his friends and family may be apprehensive about going to the store or a café to get their coffee, so he put a simple post on Facebook stating, "Home Roasting...message me if you are running low". After 20+ years working in niche capital equipment companies, Del followed his passion for coffee and started to learn the art and intricacies of coffee roasting.

Today, from a newly completed roasting facility in downtown Waltham and equipped with a small commercial grade coffee roaster, Paul looks to provide freshly roasted specialty coffee, carefully curated from around the world, to select café’s, restaurants, businesses, as well as a comprehensive retail offering.
