Coach Sue and Pathways Forward Coaching

Sue was diagnosed with ADHD way back in 1988—before most people even knew what it was. For years, she tried to push through life’s challenges, dropping out of high school, struggling through college, and even navigating a failed business. Somehow, she landed in nonprofit finance—an industry that thrives on structure and details (seemingly the opposite of an ADHD-friendly career). She was good at it, but it wasn’t good for her. Eventually, burnout hit—hard.

That’s when Sue made a life-changing decision: instead of fighting against her brain, she chose to work with it. She sought out ADHD coaching, rediscovered her passion for empowering others, and became a certified ADHD coach through the ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA)—the gold standard in ADHD coaching education.

Now, Sue is on a mission to create a supportive spaces where ADHD brains can thrive—together. In her free group coaching program, members navigate their ADHD journeys in community, discussing key ADHD topics, celebrating wins (big and small), and giving their busy brains a break with connection and creativity.
