About our Club

Canterbury Woods Swim Club is located within the neighborhoods of Canterbury Woods and Stonehaven in Annandale, VA. Canterbury Woods is a welcoming community pool offering a variety of activities for members of all ages and interests. It is a fantastic place for summer exercise and relaxation, and it is a gathering place for neighbors and friends throughout the summer months.

Our facility features six competition-wide swim lanes, a gated baby pool, a roped off 3-foot deep shallow end, a diving board, two slides, a pavilion with a foosball and Ping-Pong table, a water basketball hoop, a grassy area with picnic tables and a tetherball, and two tennis courts. We recently renovated our bathrooms, added an ADA compliant bathroom, and installed a new water fountain/water bottle filler. Our club hosts a variety of social activities and events to include Water Aerobics, Raft Nights, Friday Night Wine Downs, NVSL Swim Team, Triathlon, and more. Canterbury Woods Swim Club offer something for everyone!

We are a non-profit, 501 (c) (7) non-stock membership corporation governed by a Pool Board comprised of volunteer members elected by our membership. The facility is open for the use of its members and member guests only. Atlantic serves as our pool management company.
