Audrey has been a steward of the womb since 2012 when she first began to consciously cultivate and connect with her womb and cycle. Since then, she has been passionate about helping women remember their own timeless wisdom through a deeper understanding of their anatomy and physiology and how it relates to their fertility, sexuality, creativity, spirituality and personal power. Audrey supports awakening wombs to reclaim an embodied connection with the innocence of power & pleasure by weaving both modern, trauma-sensitive somatic approaches with ceremonial healing practices to support the transformation of spiritual, sexual, menstrual & fertility challenges.
