Reset your password
To reset your Eventbrite password, select Forgot password after attempting to log in or request a reset password email. Password reset emails come from "noreply@order.eventbrite.com" and have the subject line, "Reset your Eventbrite password."

1. Request to reset your password.
If you don’t know your Eventbrite password or haven’t set one up yet:
Enter your email address on the Eventbrite log in page and select Continue.
Choose Forgot password. You might need to re-enter your email address.
Select Continue.
Check your email for your password reset link. The link is valid for 2 hours. Password reset emails come from noreply@order.eventbrite.com with the subject line “Reset your Eventbrite password.”
If you haven’t set up a password yet, check your email for a one-time code instead. Then, enter the code on Eventbrite to log in. This code is valid for 15 minutes.
2. Open the email and select "Set a New Password".
Password reset emails can take several minutes to reach you. Check your inbox and junk/spam folder for an email from noreply@order.eventbrite.com. It will have the subject line, "Reset your Eventbrite password".
If you can't find the email, review your email settings. Then, reset your password again.
3. Create a new password.
Enter your new password and select Update password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and are case sensitive.
TIP: Strong passwords contain upper and lowercase letters and at least 1 number.
4. Optional: Log in without a password.
If your Eventbrite account uses the same email address as your Facebook, Gmail, or Apple account, you can log in using one of those instead.
Select the Gmail, Facebook, or Apple icon.
Enter your log in credentials.
Complete sign in.
