Ready to flow, breathe, and feel good?

Zen & Juice: Wellness for Every Body is a super chill and inclusive yoga & meditation experience brought to you by Katrina & River and the lovely folks at Gina’s Juice Bar. This after-hours event transforms Gina’s cozy space into the perfect atmosphere to move, breathe, and just be—no handstands required (unless that’s your thing).

This series is all about celebrating every body, welcoming participants of all levels and abilities.

Katrina will lead a 60-75 minute yoga and/or meditation class & Gina’s Juice Bar will have an after-hours menu available for purchase when you arrive, so you can fuel up before or after class with fresh, nourishing options. (After-Hours Menu available before class, Grab-n go available after class.)


Parking & Location

  • Paid parking is available in 2 locations directly next to the building.
  • Free bike parking is right outside the door.
  • Conveniently located just off the Monon Trail—walk if you’d like!
