HOTELS
Hotel rooms for members of the National Committee and their spouses will be fully complementary! Details below:
- Complementary hotel rooms cover the nights of Nov 13, 14, and 15.
- Registration is required to confirm your room.
- When registering, all attendees are required to pay a $50 deposit, which will be fully refunded upon arrival in Honolulu.
- All complementary rooms will be double occupancy.
- Members of the national committee may bring their spouse (husband or wife) at no charge.
- During ticket registration, you can request a preferred roommate.
- Attendees may book their own, solo room in the room block (link TBD).
- Attendees may book extended stays, 3 days before and 3 days after the conference, at their own expense.
PROXIES
If you cannot attend, please click here to submit a proxy to represent you at the meeting. If you are applying as a proxy, you must submit the official proxy form PRIOR to registration otherwise your registration will be rejected.
