7-8pm—Sip or Smoke & Mingle (*25% off hookah + complimentary glass of wine.)  8-9pm, we’ll do yoga followed by a short meditation. *9-10p—a journaling prompt & sensory exercise to ignite our inner child with optional open discussion. This time is for you to pour into you.

It’s $5 to BYOB (w/$5 drinks for purchase available) & it’s Friday, we ain’t got shit to do kinda vibe. Sip or smoke until 8(ish)pm.
