Join Beth + Liat at DC's National Building Museum, featuring an all-level yoga flow led by instructor Beth Wolfe, featuring a "sound experience" by Liat Pisco, a sound practioner and owner of Yoga in Del Ray. During an extended savasana, Liat will offer a multi-sensory sound experience, featuring the gong, ocean drum, chimes, crystal bowls, and crystal pyramid.

We will practice under the colossal, 75-foot-tall Corinthian columns in the Great Hall of The National Building Museum, America’s leading cultural institution devoted to interpreting the history and impact of the built environment.

TICKETS TO TOUR THE MUSEUM ARE INCLUDED!

All are welcome--the class is open to brand new and seasoned yogis alike! No previous yoga experience required. Please purchase tickets in advance and BYO yoga mat.
