Instructions for Ordering Tickets for WVU Parkersburg Commencement - Spring 2025
- Visit the Event Page: Go to https://www.eventbrite.com/e/wvu-parkersburg-commencement-spring-2025-tickets-1303051224289?aff=oddtdtcreator.
- Select Up to 4 Tickets: Add a maximum of four tickets to your cart. Orders with more than four tickets will be canceled. Please do not stand on the sides of the tent or use bag chairs.
- Use Your WVU Parkersburg Email to Check Out: Make sure to use your WVU Parkersburg email address. Orders using non-WVU Parkersburg emails will also be canceled.
- Enter Attendee Information: For each ticket, you’ll be asked to enter the name and email of each attendee. Attendee emails do not need to be WVU Parkersburg emails. Each attendee will receive an email from Eventbrite with instructions to claim their ticket. Tip: We recommend using the Eventbrite app for easy access to your tickets. Attendees can add tickets to their Apple Wallet for convenience.
- Special Instructions for Non-Smartphone Users: If an attendee does not have a smartphone, please provide them with a printed copy of their ticket or ensure another attendee can add the ticket to their own smartphone to show at the door.
- Be Ready to Scan Your Ticket at the Event: Tickets will be scanned at the door, so please have your QR code ready on your phone or a printed copy.
