Join Dr. Margaret Crane in her enlightening presentation to explore the intersection between implementation science and policy!

This presentation will review ways to incorporate policy into implementation research. It will review the different policy levels, ranging from Big P (legislation) to Little P (organizational) policy. It will discuss how to engage with policymakers as you form a research question, as participants in research, and after research studies through op-eds and policy briefs. Policy can be the target of research in implementation science, either to adopt a new policy, to implement a policy, to understand the context of an intervention, and to use as a strategy to implement other interventions.
