About this event

  • Event lasts 4 hours

Join experienced window restoration experts Ezra Gray, Christina Langsdorf, and Anita Werling for a hands-on workshop introducing attendees to the skills needed for tackling their own wood windows. Topics covered include removing and reinstalling windows, glazing removal, reglazing, and sash repair. Attendees should wear closed-toed shoes and clothes that can get dirty. All other materials provided.

NOTE: Though no prerequisites are required, the workshop is designed for attendees who have attended a Wood Window Restoration 101 workshop or have a basic understanding of wood window construction.

Due to the event location and the hands-on activities required to participate, the workshop is not accessible to all. Questions? Contact west@indianalandmarks.org.

Need a refresher? Attend our companion event, Wood Window Restoration 101 on May 3, 10:11:30 a.m. EDT to brush up on the basics before diving into the afternoon hands-on session. Separate ticket required.
