MAPP and Women’s Hospitality Initiative (WHI) are joining forces to debut the inauguralWomen in Hospitality Leadership Conference and Legacy Gala, March 30 & 31, 2025, hosted at Wynn Las Vegas. This two-day event will bring together and inspire women in the hospitality and culinary industry at every level—independent restaurateurs, corporate foodservice and hotels, managers, food and beverage directors, chefs, and industry leaders—through engaging keynotes and panels, networking opportunities and mentorship speed dating. The Keynote Conversation will be over “Inspired Leadership: Merging Ambition, Well-Being and Purpose” Elaine Wynn, Co-Founder of Wynn Resorts, and Elizabeth Blau, Co-Founder of WHI and Co-Owner and CEO of Blau & Associates. Please note: the "Women In Hospitality Leadership Conference Pass" allows entry to the two-day conference hosted at Wynn Las Vegas only.


It does not include entry to a signature Legacy Gala that will feature delicious bites and sips from more than 40 locally owned women-led restaurants and mixologists at the UNLV College of Hospitality. An "All-Inclusive Pass" is available for botht he conference and Legacy Gala or tickets may be purchased separately for both men and women.


Proceeds from the conference and Legacy Gala will go toward WHI and MAPP’s efforts to support and empower women in the hospitality industry.
