Calling all adventurous eaters! Join us for the Funky Cheese and Wine Pairing event with Kimi Ceridon of Life Love Cheese! Join us on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Golden Ball Tavern Museum for a fun and delicious evening.

For this fun tasting workshop with wine pairings, we will explore some of Kimi's favorite funky, pungent and, yes, delicious cheeses for a full-flavored sensory experience. Along the way, you'll learn what makes each of these cheeses so very special. Cheese has an incredible range of flavors for something made only of milk, salt, enzymes, cultures and mold. And, all of the cheeses are made right here in America.

About your cheese instructor: Kimi Ceridon, the founder of Life Love Cheese, received her MSME from MIT in 2001. She spent over a decade in tech before saying "goodbye" to the cubicle and going to culinary school. She has a MLA in Gastronomy and an Artisan Cheese Certificate from BU. She's also trained in cheesemaking at Sterling College alongside Jasper Hill adn is now an artisan cheese instructor at BU. Her company, Life Love Cheese focuses on highlighting American cheese makers and artisans with a special emphasis on the Northeast.
