St Catherine's Hill Friends and Family Trek (March 23, 2025)

Length - 6.2 miles / 10km

Grade - moderate/hard

Itinerary:

9 am - Meet at Berberies House Car Park and start the journey

10:30 am - Reach Winchester Car Park ( SO23 9PA )

10:45 am - warm up and start the Walk

12:30 pm - gather for packed lunch and refreshments

1:30 pm - Start the walk again ( If time permits, let's do some yoga and medidation )

3:30 pm - finish the trek

What to wear and things to be carried:

Walking boots / trainers

Thermals and Thick water proof jackets ( multiple layers to be on safer side which can be removed if it's too hot )

Hiking Stick

Backpack

Gloves and hat

Sunglasses

Mobile Phone

Wet Tissues and Dry Tissues

Dustbin bags

Towel

Packed lunch and some snacks

water bottle

Picnic mat/ sheets to have lunch

coconut water or any juice

Spare clothes and shoes to keep it in car for emergency if it get wet
