Jennifer Felten has been an influential figure in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Starting in 1993 in customer service at a title company, she quickly expanded her knowledge and skills and transitioned to the escrow side of the business. Over the years she has worked as an escrow officer, manager and trainer. Her broad experience gives her a unique and comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in the real estate settlement process.

Jennifer is currently principal at RELAW APC, where she leverages her extensive experience as an escrow officer and attorney to provide exceptional service to her clients. She is committed to excellence in real estate education. She is a devoted member and current President of the Ventura County Escrow Association. She holds a Real Estate Broker's License and has been awarded a Certificate of Achievement from the California Escrow Association and is a Certified Escrow Officer and a Certified Bulk Sale Specialist.
