Step away from the noise of the day & into a space of stillness & renewal in this quick 30 minute class.

Join me every other Wednesday for a gentle, guided meditation designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, & breath. Whether you're at home, at work, or somewhere in between, this session is your invitation to pause, release tension & stress, & restore a sense of inner peace

What to Expect:

  • Grounding Breathwork to arrive in the present
  • Gentle Stretching to release pent up/ stagnant energy
  • A beginner friendly guided meditation

When: Every other Wednesday, 11:30 AM - 12 PM (MST)
Where: Virtual (hosted via Zoom) – Join from anywhere
