About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

For some of us, winter can be hard. With the leaving of the light and the arrival of frost and bitter cold, we can lose contact with our inner vitality and warmth. We may have painful memories of past winter seasons, holidays with those no longer with us, or painful childhood memories. Yet there are ways to navigate this tender time without tuning out or abandoning our needs. Join us for a 90-minute webinar to explore the difficulties often experienced during this time and create ways to navigate them.

Through education, reflection & creativity, and imagination, participants will explore their relationship to this time of year, and leave with ways to bolster and build resilience, and ultimately to receive the gifts this time of year has to offer.

This event will not be recorded, but handouts of the content will be provided.
