This guided meditation paired with Reiki is intended to help you unlock oceans of peace within your mind and bring that peace back with you into your life. This is a call to let go of stress, trauma or church hurt that may be lingering in the back of your mind. Give yourself permission to let it all go; this is your time.

How long do these events take?

Each Reiki and meditation session is roughly 35-40 minutes.

Every weekly meditation is completely, but there is a pay what you can option and donations are welcome!

What religion is Reiki part of?

Reiki is not affiliated with any religion. While most Reiki practitioners will tell you that Reiki is a deeply personal spiritual practice, the systems descended from the Usui Reiki Ryoho system are non-religious.

How do I get Reiki?

There is nothing you have to "do" to receive Reiki. All you have to do to participate is show up with an open mind and a stable internet connection. Join from a safe and quiet place where you can close your eyes and will not be disturbed.
