Ny’s journey has taken her from the public housing projects of East Harlem to the halls of higher learning, and the wings of The White House.
A former White House Presidential Appointee, Ny Whitaker is a multi-hyphenate: an entrepreneur, educator, political strategist, former elected official, fundraiser, and philanthropist with a proven record of success given her two decades as a social impact consultant and Professor at New York University focused on cultivating our next generation of women leaders.
Ny is the founder and chief strategist of PROJECT NYNE which provides mission-based marketing and management consulting services that help small businesses, philanthropic & nonprofit organizations, corporations, and government agencies maximize their human and financial capital, build brand loyalty, increase community and customer engagement, and deliver sustainable impact.
Recognized as a 2024 Woman of Influence by Crain’s Magazine for her work, Ny is a Mentor for NASDAQ, WE NYC, and the Obama Foundation and she is dedicated to uplifting women and girls in the communities that she lives in, works in, and serves.
