About Speaker
Brianna Carney's professional journey began in Business Development at a pioneering e-commerce startup, which set the stage for her bright future in disruptive high-growth environments. Next, she joined Amazon, where she worked closely with startups and gained a deep understanding of one of the greatest challenges that hold back small businesses... finding and retaining top talent.
Equipped with an impressive sales track record, Brianna left Amazon in 2016 to embark on her entrepreneurial journey. Inspired by an extended trip to Asia, she co-founded CrewBloom, a company dedicated to connecting the top 2% of global talent with startups and Fortune 500 companies. CrewBloom has contractors working remotely in 23 countries with the diverse needs of companies worldwide such as Pfizer.
In 2023, Brianna and her cofounder saw immense potential in Al and got to work on their second venture, Betty.ai. Betty is a predictive voice model that automates a wide variety of call use cases in a human tone. The conceptualization of Betty.ai was initially to support Shopify stores however it's since expanded its reach and is making calls in the outbound landscape as well as inbound.
Beyond her work as a founder, Brianna volunteers with the Special Olympics and is the Head Coach of the Figure Skating program. She's also an avid runner and the first Type 1 diabetic to complete a full marathon on all seven continents. She loves traveling, scuba diving, and spending time with her friends, family, and dog Lucy.
Colleagues and clients alike recognize Brianna as a compassionate, driven leader with a global perspective. She is deeply committed to tapping into global talent pools, believing that top professionals from around the world are invaluable assets to growing, onshore companies.
