Marcella Kriebel is an artist and cookbook author, best known for her vibrant watercolors, and dynamic line drawings celebrating food, drinks and words to live by.
She teaches workshops that celebrate culinary experiences, through the lens of visual art.
Marcella's sketchbooks, filled with hand-drawn, recipes from her travels became the backbone for her own illustrated cookbooks, Mi Comida Latina, Comida Cubana and plus Cocktail Ratios, by James Beard award winning, Michael Ruhlman. Her work has been featured in The Washington Post, The Today Show, NPR and Food and Wine. Find her collection Illustrated Feast, an extensive, open-edition series of watercolor prints, kitchen towels and home goods available at select retailers, seasonal markets, online and at her studio on The Arts Walk, Brookland in Washington, DC.
