WasabiFest PDX

Welcome to WasabiFest PDX! We’re hosting an eclectic lineup of Portland chefs and artists to ignite your senses. The day will be filled with samples from some of Oregon’s most creative minds in the food industry, saké tastings from the US and Japan, demonstrations on ways to use wasabi, workshops and activities.

Predominantly grown in Japan, Korea and the Russian Far East, wasabi is also cultivated on the Oregon coast. You won’t want to miss us as we welcome Oregon Coast Wasabi for live demonstrations.

General Admission: Join us from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM for an afternoon of sampling, demonstrations and activities. Your ticket includes a WasabiFest ochoko upon entry.

VIP Admission: Get in one hour early, pick up a goody bag, and enjoy the fun from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

Early Bird General Admission: Buy your General Admission ticket before April 14 and save! Join us from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM for an afternoon of sampling, demonstrations and activities. Your ticket includes a WasabiFest ochoko upon entry.

Early Bird VIP Admission: Buy your VIP Admission ticket before April 14 and save! Get in one hour early, pick up a swag bag, and enjoy the fun from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

Exclusive add-ons: (These tickets will be available to purchase April 1. Chef line-up to be announced then!)

Exclusive WasabiFest Dinner Pairing: Stay after the event for a cocktail hour and a five-course meal, paired with saké. Cocktail hour starts at 5:00 PM, with dinner served from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. (Only 30 tickets available.)

VIP Exclusive WasabiFest Dinner Pairing: Same as the Exclusive WasabiFest Dinner Pairing, but add a seat at the counter for a front row view of renowned Portland chef, Kate Koo in action. (Only 8 tickets available.)
