Every 3rd Saturday of the month at 9AM you'll find an enthusiastic group meeting to hear a healthcare practitioner present a brief health topic. Then we walk for about an hour. There is no pressure to walk quickly. It's non competitive.

The four pillars of Walk with a Doc are:

Exercise, Education, Socialization and Being outside in the sunshine and nature.
