On April 26th, impaired driving survivors, victims’ families, law enforcement, and advocates will rally at Hare Pavilion-Wilmington Riverfront for the Walk Like MADD 5K, a powerful event that brings the community together to raise money that directly funds MADD’s 24/7 free victim services.
This isn’t just a walk—it’s a movement. Drunk driving fatalities in Delaware increased by 40% in 2022 compared to 2021, according to the latest available data. This preventable surge in impaired driving makes this year’s Walk Like MADD event a strong call to action.
