Do I need to bring anything?

No, yoga matts and blankets are provided, along with neck ad knee bolsters. However, you may bring your own if you are more comfortable doing so.

Dress comfortable. You will be lying on the floor on matts, wear clothes that you can feel at ease in.

Should I arrive early?

Yes, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the class. We will begin promptly at the start time, and the doors will be locked by that time.

If you know ahead of time 7 days prior to the session, you will be given the choice for either a refund or to credit to another event.
