This online gathering is a unique space for college-aged Black women and girls nationwide to connect, share experiences, and build lasting relationships. Whether you're at a PWI seeking sisterhood or an HBCU student focused on wellness and healing, this supportive community is for you. Who is this group for?

This group is for Black women and girls currently enrolled in college or university, typically aged 18-25. Whether you're navigating life at a Predominantly White Institution (PWI), a Historically Black College or University (HBCU), or any other college environment, this space is designed to support

Do I have to be a Black woman or girl to join?

No, you don’t have to be a Black woman or girl. However, our work centers on the lived experiences of Black women and girls, amplifying their voices and needs.

Is this group therapy?

No, this is not therapy but rather a community space focused on collective healing, processing, and support. It’s an additive resource, not a substitute for individual therapy.

What happens during a session?

Each week, we focus on topics relevant to the college experience, mental wellness, and personal growth. Expect a mix of guided conversations, resource sharing, and space to discuss whatever is on your mind in a supportive environment.

How often does the group meet?

Sessions are held virtually on a regular schedule, creating ongoing opportunities for connection, learning, and growth.

Is this a safe space for sharing?

Yes, we strive to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where all participants feel comfortable sharing and engaging with others.

Do I need to be a full-time college student to join?

No, you don’t need to be a full-time student! Part-time, transfer, community college, and graduate students are also welcome. As long as you’re a college-aged Black woman looking for community and support, this group is for you.

What if I’m not sure this is the right fit?

If you’re interested in connecting with other young adult Black women, gaining insights on wellness, and building a supportive community, we encourage you to join and see how it feels. There’s no commitment to return every week, so feel free to try it out.
