About Your Host:

Dr. Amanda M. Crisel is a doctor of pharmacy (PharmD), a certified wellness professional, and perimenopause practitioner. After experiencing debilitating perimenopause symptoms beginning at the age of 38, Amanda embarked on a mission to reclaim her emotional and physical well-being. Through extensive exploration of evidence-based solutions, she not only found relief but discovered a level of energy and optimism she hadn't known in years.

It is Amanda’s honor and passion to serve other women who seek to thrive during this pivotal life stage. Drawing from her clinical background, research expertise, and personal experience, she provides science-backed strategies and supportive coaching to enhance both emotional and physical well-being. Her approach combines cutting-edge research with practical solutions, empowering women to move beyond survival mode and truly flourish in midlife.
