Columbus State has partnered with Goldman Sachs to provide training to small business owners in Central Ohio.

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is a program that links learning to action. Through the program, small business owners gain practical, actionable skills in areas such as negotiation, marketing, and employee management. In addition, small business owners in the program will receive the tools and professional support to develop a strategic and customized growth plan that will take their business to the next level.

Across the U.S., alumni of the 10,000 Small Businesses program are increasing their revenue and creating new jobs in their communities.

With a curriculum designed by Babson College, the nation’s top-ranked school for entrepreneurship, you’ll engage in an intensive multi-week business education program with like-minded small business owners and receive one-on-one business advice while learning valuable skills to help you grow your business.

100% funded by the Goldman Sachs Foundation – $0 cost to participants.

Part 1 of the application can be found at 10KSBAPPLY.com. The application is free and asks for details about your business and your interest in the 10KSB program.

Who should apply?

Must be 2 hours or less away from Columbus, Ohio Must be an owner or co-owner of a business Business must have been in operation for at least two years Business should have revenues of $75,000 in the most recent fiscal year Business must have a minimum of two employees (including the owner)
