Join us every Sunday at 9 am for a morning of FREE Community Vinyasa yoga. Come flow with Holly and build strength in your vinyasa practice. This in-person event is perfect for both beginners and experoenced yogis looking to deepen their practice. Holly will guide you through a series of poses, linking breathe movement, to create a flowing and dynamic sequence.

Expect to move, sweat, and leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. Please wear comfortable clothing, yoga mats are available or brong your own!

Is there free parking?

Yes the building has limited spots available facing the building and labeled 21 Tanner. If those spots are full, the lot directly behind the building is 10 cents a minute.
