Ready to learn how to make plant-based eggs that taste amazing and nourish your body?
Join us for this hands-on, in-person cooking experience, where you’ll master three satisfying, egg-free recipes using simple, wholesome ingredients.


You'll learn how to prepare:

🍳 Tofu Scramble – fluffy, golden, and full of flavor
🌿 Mung Bean “Eggs” – pourable, Just Egg-style eggs for omelets or scrambles
🥄 Chickpea Flour Omelet – savory, protein-packed, and completely customizable


Each participant will have their own table fully stocked with all the ingredients and kitchen tools needed. No need to bring anything but your energy — and a few containers to take home your creations!
