GEAR SWAP DETAILS
Gear Inspection: Friday, May 2, 2025, from 9 AM to 3 PM
Bring your clean and functional outdoor gear for consignment. Items accepted include rafts, kayaks, SUPs, and more. Inflatables must hold air, and all equipment must be clean and in good condition. Find more details on what gear we will accept and apply early HERE.
Gear Swap: Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 10 AM to 4 PM
Shop amazing deals on pre-loved whitewater and outdoor gear, or find a new home for your own! Payment is due at the time of purchase (3% card fee applies, so bring cash).
RAFFLE PRIZES
Get ready for your next adventure! Prizes include a fully-rigged raft setup, hardshell kayak, and packraft!
Drawing: Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 3 PM (you do not need to be present to win)
Earn tickets by:
- Entering gear into the swap (1 ticket per item)
- Purchasing used gear at the event (1 ticket per purchase)
- Spending $100 in-store within a week leading up to the event (1 ticket per $100)
- Purchasing tickets directly at the event

Parking is available in the back lot of Utah Whitewater Gear at 40.618258, -111.889702. Enter the parking lot just South of our store and follow posted signs for designated parking areas.

Gear must be evaluated and set up the day before the gear swap on May 2, 2025. From 9am-3pm, you can bring your gear to the lot behind UWG for an in-person evaluation by Anthony or Clinton. We WILL have to turn gear away! To skip the line, apply online using the link provided above.
We will have two food trucks present: Vostok and Cap'n Tippy. Vostok sells burgers, fries, and onion rings, with gluten-free and vegetarian options. Cap'n Tippy sells coffee, lemonade, energy drinks, and tea.
