Frequently asked questions

Is lunch provided?

Coffee, tea, water, and snacks will be provided. However, lunch is not. You can bring your lunch, order delivery, or get something to eat at one of the locations within walking distance.

What should I bring?

Your presence and an open mind are all you need. We'll take care of the rest. If you have a yoga mat or a comfortable sweater for relaxation periods, that will be handy. That said, we have mats and blankets.

Do I need to be someone who practices yoga to try this out?

Not at all. This is an accessible, judgment-free zone for all, whether it's your first time or you've been practicing for years. Your presence and your life experience are the only things you need to bring.
