About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours 30 minutes

Little Days, started as a studio project with vocalist Mini Diaz and bassist Jorgen Carlsson (Chris Cornell, Draco Rosa and formerly 15 years with Gov’t Mule) back in 1998 and is one of the significant projects these life partners have had during the 30+ years they’ve known each other. They started a family together and own Rogers Boat recording studio. Carlsson records and tours for many other artists, and Diaz writes library music for Film and TV. They will be joined by Bernie Barlow and John Nooney.

Bernie Barlow has spent her career backing up some of the brightest lights in blues and rock music, including many years as a backing singer for the Moody Blues, Sarah McLachlan, Melissa Etheridge, and Janiva Magness. In 2020, the UK-born, Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter released Redeemed, which found itself in the top 100 Americana albums of 2020. This success of Redeemed led to her being signed to Blue Elan Records for her current release Walking Around This Town. The skillful songwriting, high production value, and musicianship of Walking Around This Town reflect Barlow’s long career in the industry.

Originally launched in 2019 and relaunching in 2025, the series blends the intimacy of a listening-room performance with the high-quality production of a media appearance. Artists are encouraged to perform semi-acoustically, though electric instruments are welcome. This format creates a memorable connection between the artist and a small, attentive audience as stories and insights about the music are shared.
