LADIES of Columbus!!! We are EXCITED to have you and your SISTER SQUAD join us for the 5th Annual UPLIFT HER WOMEN'S WELLNESS DAY on Wednesday, June 18, 2025! We are PLEASED to announce that Senator Michele Reynolds is excited to serve as the 2025 Uplift Her Honorary Chair and is committed to ensuring women have equal access to quality health care screenings & increased wellness.

We are also excited to share that we have changed venues & will now turn the Ohio Expo Center-Kasich Hall into a WOMEN'S WELLNESS OASIS to give you a health & wellness experience of FREE biometric screenings, Mammograms, Colorectal Cancer, Lung Cancer, Peripheral Artery Disease, Maternal Health & many other screenings & assessments at no cost to the participants, healthy foods, dancing, vendors, aromatherapy, relaxation activities, and so much more! If you're apart of the D9 then WE EXPECT you to show up & show out since Uplift Her serves as the health & wellness event of UNITY WEEK! We will be recognizing the Sorority who brings the most Sorors this year, so get your SISTERS together to win your prize! Uplift Her will have a DYNAMIC DAY for our youth so if you have a daughter, niece, granddaughter, goddaughter, or mentee...make sure they beat us there to participate in the uniquely fun activities created by teens for teens! What Vendors Are Requested for Uplift Her?

Uplift Her is looking for non-product selling vendors such as: Health Educators, Wellness Coaches, Health Services, Fitness Coaches, Mentorship Resources & Services, Nutrition Resources, Social Services and Life Coaches. No food vendors.

When Should Vendors Pay for Vendor Fee?

Please only register and pay for vendor fee if you meet the requested vendor industry that will be selected for ULH: Health Educators, Wellness Coaches, Health Services, Fitness Coaches, Mentorship Resources & Services, Nutrition Resources, and Life Coaches. No food vendors.

If I am a Fiscal Sponsor, do I have to pay the vendor fee?

If you have committed to a $5000 or above fiscal sponsorship towards Uplift Her then you will not need to pay a vendor fee as this is a part of your sponsorship benefits. You may reach London Calhoun to be added to the vendor list at lcalhoun@ncusolutions.com.

How do I sign up to assist with Health Care Screenings or provide screening services?

You may sign up to volunteer for screenings at aawellness.org under the Uplift Her section. You may contact Loletia Davis at loletia.davis@osumc.edu or Tonja Lowe at tlowe@ncusolutions.com to discuss providing screening services.

How do I get scheduled for screening services?

You may contact loletia.davis@osumc.edu and tlowe@ncusolutions.com for information about screenings. You may also contact OhioHealth Mammography Services at 614-566-1111. OSU Mammography Services at 614-293-4455. Let schedulers know you would like to have services at Uplift Her on 6/18/25.
