Youth are facing demonstrable challenge these days and mental health is a focus of many parents and caregivers. Join us for an evening of learning about youth mental health and give your children tools they can use in their daily lives to express themselves, find grounding and more. We will explore and kids will have an opportunity to participate in hands-on art activities as well as virtual reality programs.

Space is limited, dinner is provided. Parents are required to stay for the event.
