Union Cancer Services 5K
Come join us for the Union Cancer Services 5K event at Foster Park! This All Ages event benefits Union Cancer Services. Operated by the Union Library since 2021, the Cancer Services program supports Union residents living with a cancer diagnosis by providing nutritional supplements, medical supplies, and fuel reimbursement for out-of-county appointments.
100% of funds go directly to our clients!
Entry Fee:
$25 (t-shirt included) by April 14, 2025
$35 after April 14, 2025 (t-shirt not guaranteed)

Waiver of Release:
By registering, I accept the risks of participation in the Union Cancer Services 5K and agree to hold harmless all sponsors, officers, directors, and members of said organizations, and any other individuals who are in any way associated with this event. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event.
I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purposes. I understand that this event does not provide for refunds in the event of a cancellation, and by registering, I consent that I am not entitled to a refund if the event is cancelled before or during the event.
