Unframed: Finding Your Voice Through Frida Kahlo's Legacy

Join us for an experience that combines artistic discovery, meditation, and celebration of the individual through the life and works of Frida Kahlo!

Step into a world where pain transforms into beauty, and conformity bows to authenticity. Through the fearless legacy of Frida Kahlo, discover how one woman's refusal to be contained sparked a revolution in art and self-expression that still blazes today.

In a society that demanded silence, Kahlo spoke in explosions of color. She turned her bed into a studio, her pain into paintings, and her defiance into a declaration: "I am my own muse." This immersive workshop invites you to walk through the doors she broke open.

Through intimate exploration of Kahlo's most powerful works, we'll trace her evolution from a woman bound by circumstance to an artist who refused to let anyone else define her story. Behind each brushstroke lies a truth: that our deepest wounds and greatest triumphs can become our most profound expressions of self.

This is more than an art history lesson. Through guided meditation and reflective writing, you'll:

  • Uncover the meaning behind Kahlo's most provocative works and what they reveal about embracing your full story
  • Learn how she transformed personal tragedy into artistic triumph, and how you can channel your own experiences into creative power
  • Explore how Kahlo's radical self-acceptance can inspire your own journey of authentic expression
  • Discover why her message of unapologetic individuality resonates even more powerfully in today's world

You'll leave with not just a deeper understanding of this remarkable artist, but with your own renewed sense of creative courage. Each participant receives a carefully chosen keepsake that honors Kahlo's spirit of bold self-expression – and reminds you of your own.

This transformative workshop launches our "Women in..." series, celebrating those who dared to live life on their own terms. Join us in exploring how one woman's courage to remain unframed can inspire us all to paint outside the lines of expectation.
