About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

These training sessions are designed to guide nonprofit leaders, staff, and stakeholders in creating and applying both a Logic Model and Theory of Change to their organization's programs and initiatives. These powerful frameworks help articulate how a nonprofit intends to achieve its goals and evaluate its impact. A Logic Model outlines the resources, activities, and outcomes, while the Theory of Change provides a deeper, strategic understanding of the underlying assumptions and pathways to success. Together, they offer a comprehensive approach to program planning, implementation, and evaluation.

These interactive sessions combines presentations, group discussions, and hands-on exercises. Participants will work through real-world examples to develop both a Theory of Change and a Logic Model for a program or initiative.

During part two, participants will have an opportunity to report their progress on developing their Theory of Change and Logic Model; as well as receive technical assistance with what they have previously drafted. Participants will leave with an understanding of how to use the Theory of Change and Logic Model for ongoing evaluation, learning, and program refinement.

Your registration is for both parts of this training (April and May) April's workshop (part one) is designed to be the learning portion, while May (part two) is an opportunity for feedback.
