Join for a guided breathwork and meditation journey designed to help you release stored emotions, increase self-awareness, and access deep relaxation. Using a combination of Cycle Breath, Breath Holds, Biodynamic Breathwork, and guided meditation, this session creates a powerful space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and self-discovery.

What to Expect

Breathwork and meditation are powerful somatic experiences that can unlock deep transformation. Some may notice physical sensations such as tingling, muscle tension, or lightheadedness as the body processes stored energy and emotions. Each session is fully guided, incorporating movement, music, breathwork, and meditation to support your journey. While these themes offer a gentle focus, every session is a personal experience—allowing whatever arises to be witnessed and released.

About Your Guide

Anna Wooten
Integrative Trauma Coach | Certified Hypnotist | Sound Facilitator

Certified by the Aura Institute, trained in embodiment, nervous system attunement, foundational somatics, meditation, and breathwork. Reiki Master and Certified Hypnotist with over 200 hours of training. Anna’s approach blends breathwork, guided meditation, nervous system reset, and subconscious healing to create deep transformation.

What You May Experience During Breathwork & Meditation
